 The Life Story of Colin J Foster 

This is the story of my life as I remember it from 1932 up until the January 2011 This also includes all our holiday travels 

The years 2009 and 2010 we caravanned in Queensland and as it was over the same territory as previous trips to Qld I have not done reports.

It is in 4 separate parts titled Childhood, Single Working Life , Married Working Life, and Retirement.

Also included in Retirement are reports of our Overseas Trips and photo's 

The Family History is now reduced to just the Foster Family Tree,  and my mother's family the Butler Family Tree .

I will be adding more to our yearly travels as they happen so if you find them of interest return to the site each year, this year on the 2nd Sept 2006 we are going to Vietnam for 16 days.

There are 2 pages of photo's, when we return from Vietnam I will add a summary of our trip and lot's of photo's.

Returned from Vietnam on the 17th Sept and returned to the Country Music Festival at Mildura arriving home on the 2nd Oct. Will be adding photo's to the site from our trip in the next week or so.Have added some photo's and If you notice that some of the photo's seem a little hazy it is because at times the humidity was very bad and this reflected in the camera.There is actually 120 photo's on the 4 pages, I took over 900 photo's in all and have put them on a DVD with music and they have come out rather good.

In May 2007 we are doing a trip to Canada/Alaska for 19 days which will encompass the Alaskan Cruise and the Rocky Mountaineer trip and 5 days in Vancouver so there will be lot's to tell you when we return.

In February 2008 we flew to Auckland and joined the Cruise Liner Mercury again for a 15 night cruise to Tahitii and Hawaii and then we spent 6 days in Honolulu. A great trip There is a report plus 4 pages of photo,s.

In Sept 2011 we spent 15 days in China which was very informative and will put some photo's up on this site shortly.

In August 2012 Brodie and a friend Jeanette Shalders spent 6 weeks in the UK and Ireland, will also post some photo's and a report of their trip
